That would be the counter PCB problem.

I changed the counter pcb from working machine,It ok,
Is any ways to reset for damaged pcb?

I think there is way to reset maybe you need some equipment, i don't know.Any way it is not worthy because 1 pc of counter PCB doesn't cost as much as the equipment, furthermore this problem doesn't happen very often unless someone meddle with the counter PCB.
