I have an 4570 with an S1 finisher that is not exiting the paper all the way into the tray and the next copy hits it, have replaced the gray exit roller and the black rubber intermediate rollers and the drive clutch,also noticed if i change which tray faxes exit into the finisher tray don't shift up or down ,could this be the finisher board? all firmware is the latest version i believe ,anyone seen this...........thanks

Is limited functions mode turnt on? If not then sometimes you have the grey cable which runs over the top of the finished into the pcb break, replace that if not then replace the board.

replace the offset solenoid it picks up the 2 big gray exit rollers. had this same prob. and I replaced the black rollers on the plastic shaft and the grey rollers with the solenoid, and it worked like it was supposed too.Comment

Tray won't move when initializing? Power the machine off then on. Does the tray move? No....Finisher pcb..changed a few on S1 finishersComment
