      question

Are you sure that this unit is capable of printing?

Does it have an 'N' boot rom or imagepass attached to it to enable printing?

If it does are you using the correct print driver?

it's irc3220n and it has network slot...
the machine has been use for print out for at least 1 year and there are no problem regarding i.p., no problem for driver and etc...

the main problem is.... it will automatically restart when i send data to print....which mean that the machine will off and on automatically

reseat all boards on the MN-CON.
I have also seen the HDD cause the issues you are having.

That being said make sure that the file being printed is not corrupt.

In my experience any rebooting is caused by a bad HDD or memory getting full. I would think if it were a bad HDD you would have other symptoms, maybe there is just a corrupt job on the HDD (or bad sector just in the print partition?).
Go into service mode copier -> Function -> System ->CHK-Type, set it to 2. Then do HD clear. Set CHK-Type to 3, then do HD clear again. If there is a corrupt job in the queue, that will clear it (basically same thing as clear server on a fiery). Then I would do the CHK-type set to 3 and do HD-Check. 1=ok, 2=ng hardware, 3=ng software.

On the customer's end, I would ask if it is just 1 particular file or computer? Or just any file/computer.

dust can also cause this problem
I have one machine located on a construction site
which used to have this problem,
cleaning the nic, memory and resolution board
                    did the trick for me

This seems really familiar,,, I think I had this happen to me once. It was a long time ago, and as I recall it was the dc power supply that solved my issue. Are you getting E732/733's being logged with this issue?
