i've changed the thermistor, but error remains same.

Any help please

you need to reset the error code as well

enter service mode 4 to release the error

or turn the machine off at the wall for a hour if you dont know how to get into service mode

I have seen the error come back even though the error was cleared in service mode as stated above. In that case I have done the following:
IP-clear,dc-con clear,err-clear.
And the machine will come to the ready screen after power cycle

machine had some wiring short.
i checked the wiring in fuser unit. now machine is working.
