    iRC3220 alarm-2 code

Hi, I've got an alarm code for iRC3220:

    EEFFFF - "000247"

I guess it would have been very easy
but the problem is - I cannot find this
on my service manual (revision 00L)

this is the only info I've got:

    EE - Alarm location code
    FFFF - Alarm code

anybody got any info about this? maybe it's included
    on a newer service manual?

Where are you looking when you see this alarm-2 code. Copier>Display>Alarm-2
What is happening with the machine and what got you looking at the alarm codes.

the machine print is misaligned + out of registration, so I serviced the ITB assembly, it got me nowhere so I tried changing the whole assembly with a working one but it gave me a misaligned print also. so the series of troubleshooting and other servicing began. I tried to check for error which may give me a hint on whats happening but I noticed that the message <ALARM> instead of <ready> so I went to see the alarm and found 000247, I was not sure what I was doing at the exact time he gave out the error but it may have been either I was performing L-ADJ-0 or doing auto-gradation adjustment.
I tried to perform this two this morning but the ALARM didn't come out so it may not have been the case.

      other servicing I've done is:
      service SALT sensor
      reposition LASER
reinstall system software + upgrade firmware
changed 1 set of drum unit.

so far print is still the same

        You have done much.
Setting the lasers back to home position usually corrects this issue.
When you updated system firmware did you up date DCCON.
        Maybe you have bad DC.

            You can try.
Print out a P-print first before clearing ram on DC

I have run into the alarm code also, and came up with no definition.
I just happen to notice the alarm code. As a routine I will check the
date and codes of the last 4-5 jams if logged in recently to see if there
are a lot of the same codes.
I only have the first version also and have found other items in the
machine service mode that are not explalined in my manual. This is
very fustrating not getting all the answers.
I just clear the jam, alarm and error codes.
