Canon iR5000 DF Problems

Hi Everyone,

Ive got a canon iR5000 giving funny problems through the Df, intermitten dog ears and a wave like effect?? with skewing (check attachments for examples).

I have stripped the DF and checked for any irregularites/ faults but none present, cleaned/ dusted all paper scraps etc from inside DF & cleaned & de-glazed all rollers as well.

Also attempted the adjustements availiable in SM but no change to faults.

Any ideas?

Check and adjust DF height. It might be hitting df ramp
