i have a canon ir 2016 , the copy is very light just in the border ( edge of 1cm or 2 cm in the paper broad) .ihave changed the toner , cleaned the developper part and the same problem

hi friend bachir ..l have the same problems last month ..are you sure you add the original toner ?...if yes ..controler the roler charge up the drum ...try clraner that ...good luck

It may the problem of laser unit. You check the side of the mirror in the laser unit is soiled with toner, just check. Good luck.

i have tested the two solution but the same problem.
i have remarqued that the distance between drum and developper roller is begger ,where the copie is light, than the other part of paper where the copy is good.

when the drum is closed is not in here correct "attitude".
