more than likely you need to have a tech restart the developers and do a full PM on the machine for starters. With the E061 you could have dirt up in the drum cavity giving false readings, but your drums could be going bad as well.

What are your qualifications to work on this copier?? You could easily dig a bigger hole for yourself than the one you are in now. My advice is to seek out a trained technician to accomplish this task.

the CLC-1000 is not a machine you want to take on without the proper information and parts. The assemblies are much different from a office printer. It would be money well spent to find a tech in your area who will help you and teach you how to service the machine.

your drums are probably in need of replacement if he restrung the carona wires and the grids are in good shape.

The error code you are getting is for the black drum.

Did you watch the tech while he was working on the machine?
The CLC-1000 has issues with toner getting up in the potential sensors above the drums. If they were not cleaned and an EPC adjustment done in service mode that could cause the error to come back as well.
