    irc 3220 vs 5185

    hi guys i need help. what is ideal color copier for you if you are using heavy stock of paper between 3200 and 5185.
    there is no glory without sacrifice

    either one will run heavy stock fine. The 5185 will not run glossy stock that well though.
    Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

      It would have to be at least under 300gsm.

        yes but they used coated paper.can 5185 work good on this cause 3220 make bubbles on this papers.

          Spec on both machines is maximum 263 g/m2 i believe....about 10.5 point using caliper system. Canon will not support anything heavier run thru machine. I have customers that run 12 pt. but they know if they have a problem with 12 pt. don't call me. 3200 will run the heavier stock better
