    CLC3220 vs. CLC5151

    Hey fellow techs.

    Heres is the situation: i have a good friend running a small print shop.
    On the digital side he got 2xCLC3220 he has been offered to trade one of the 3220 in for a 5151. Should he go for that. There is no service contract on his machines. Hes is very knowledgable himself and i help him out once in a while.
    Is the 5151 print quality superior to 3220? How about the ease og maintenance and reliability?

      Are you asking about the imageRunner Advance Color 5051? The one that has just recently been released?

          To add to MRFIXIT, overseas models like, CLC5151/CLC4040 are like iRC4580i/iRC4080i/iRC5185i in the states. They should be better than CLC3220's. I would go for it. I would consider the contract though. Toner and drums cost money and if this is a print shop your definitely gonna need a service contract.
