    1. Restore factory default.
    2. Still not OK ? Then reinstall printer firmware.

          gp605 rebooting

          Hi guys
Have been back to customers and reformatted hdd and reloaded software to the board.
the machine works fine via my laptop with crossover cable, but when i connect it back to customers network it reboots even when sending a test print from the driver. the customer is using exactly the same driver as on my laptop.
if i clearthe jobs off the the print board and reboot, it comes back to ready. I have loaded drivers locally onto a number of pc's and also onto their server but no joy. Reconnect to laptop and it prints fine.
          Any ideas?

do not use autonegotation, use solid transfer rate.
