print issue

An iR 5070-Will send to email, fax, copy functions fine. Print jobs will not even show up on the machine monitor, just sit in the que. When I hook up via xover, I print fine. You can ping the copier from the users computers.
I believe it is their n/work, citrix environment, overseas IT dept, need solution nonetheless. Anybody else seen these circumstances?

If you have the rights to create a local printer on the customers PC then try it.
With everything you have tested and done I have to say it is not the machine and it has to be the driver or the network.

Also run and ipconfig on the customers PC to make sure the copier is configured on the network correctly.

If it works with a x over .. network issue ..

I've had similar issue and deleting the port and re-creating it fix'd it.
Irish is right, x-over works = their network problem.
