"Download Standby" in IR 2016 and 2016J?

It appear when I turn on the machine, how can I update the firmware for this? Which cable should I use to connect to machine with computer? Anybody have firmware for 2016 and 2016J, please send it to me please. My email is kazihaha@yahoo.com. And how much is the cable?

i encountered this problem before and what we did was we changed the IP board and that solved the problem...but dont forget the counter board to be put on the new IP board
