    This error code implies to the auto gradation sensor PS73. Try Initializing using service mode COPIER>FUNCTION>SENS ADJ>PSENS>OK.
    Check to see if its dirty as well. Also, when and if you can , do a auto gradation.

      make sure and run your auto gradation adjust after initializing the sensor as your colors will be off.

        i tryied Initializing using service mode COPIER>FUNCTION>SENS ADJ>PSENS>OK but when i did this the machine status changed ready to service and an error appear and doesn't work. when I go out diagnostic mode is shows error code E-0020-335

          Double check your connectors for the developer assemblies, ATR sensor and gradation sensor behind the hopper.
          you can try doing a stir for the M developer, but more than likely you are going to have to dump the developer and restart it

            hi, i've tryied things above.. but nothing yet. i had changed both developer units magenta and yellow but i got the problem yet: error code E-020-0377. I've operated the machine with righht door opened and I notice that when is time to yellow collor print (developer yellow goes until drum and trow toner in it) i got that error. magenta and ciano apear on the paper but not yellow. I cleared sensors inside developers unit..

            Anyone get some idea? Thank you everybody.

              Could be the sensor in the developer, as I recall, they are very suscepable to static damage, like when a vacuum clean nozzle gets near them, you can kill them.. been there, done that ;-(
