canon ir 5570 help

my copier canon ir 5570 does not work as a printer .
i dont know if the porblem is the system or i need a printer kit .
i need system software if the problem with it.

push the counter check button and then hit device configuration. It should say UFR/PCL/PS in there.
Or you can go to service mode copier>display>version and see if the boot rom is labeled as an 'N' version
