Canon ir3570 finisher curling and exiting properly

I have a ir3570 which has had all door+ roller mods. When running a copy/print of multiple pages, paper does not seem to come out flat in finisher tray, sometimes seems buckled. Example: on a 20 page copy job, the pages don't line up left to right, causing everything else to jam or backup. Is there any parts mods or updates for the s-1 finisher?

You might need to adjust the speed of the machine so the paper will stop wrinkling. Service Mode > Copier > Adj > FX-FL-SP
We normally increase the setting to resolve some of our issues. Also make sure the inlet guide to your finisher isn't damaged or worn as it can cause jams as well.
Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

        Try this....

COPIER>OPTION>BODY>FIX-TEMP set it to 3 and see what the results are....

This is worth a go, in copier / option / combo try these settings

            4570 crinkled_paper.pdf

you have to start with tr1 sw1 and work down the list entering the eight values then go to tr sw2 and so on because changing the values affects the others.
