someone can help me with this error on canon ir copier 5570-000025-0001
because I do not have the manual

E025.. the book say :
There is a toner feed motor over-current detection error, there is a toner bottle motor connection detection error
0001 An over-current has been detected in the toner feed motor.
- Check the connector for any fault in connection.
- Replace the motor.

Check you toner bottle make its sitting well.
Also I've seen on occasions where the toner bottle was the cause of the error.
