    Service mode Query

    Hi ,

We have a 5065 that we couldn't get into service mode using *28* after a few painful days someone suggested *49* and it worked!? Does anyone know why and how this would have changed?

    Thanks,

    Shazza

        Copier/Option/Body/SVMD-ENT/
0: User Mode key -> 2 and 8 keys at the same time -> User Mode key (default)
1: User Mode key -> 4 and 9 keys at the same time -> User Mode key

          Thanks Screwtape,

A dealer or Tech must have changed service mode for some reason? Never new that you could do that via service mode.

          Cheers,

          Shazza
