Mail Box Losses in ir 3300

One of my ir 3300's mail box data losses at the time of main power OFF, I haven't any idea

it has a auto delete option at power down. i dont remember the settings but you have to change a value to 0. its in mailbox settings

You have to change the delete time to 0 in mailbox settings then power off and on

in user setting on defult mode , the boxes clean after 3 day or 24hr , u check the setting if it was OK , go to service mode and run check disk good luck
