    Canon Faxphone?another Try

The 80 faxphone always says check paper size and procedes to send faxes into memory and I can only print one recieved fax(by 1 recieved fax i mean sender could be sending 10 pages ,all will print after I hit stop reset, but I have to do this for each sender. it can drive you crazy..The machine IS set up for 8.5 X 11.I think the issue is the check paper size indicator forcing the machine to print in memory from which you can only print one senders fax at a time
    Can You help.
    Thanks Andy

Are there guides on either side of the paper roll? As I recall, there are. (If this is a Faxphone 80, it's almost 20 years old - and uses rolled paper.)

If one (or both) are popped out of place, that will cause the error you're seeing.

Sorry, I guess we just need to be more specific.

Canon (and others) have a tendency to reuse model numbers, and stick letter(s) on either end to mean something different.

I'm not familiar with the Faxphone L80.
