dear all i install new machine iR2318 (imagerunner) this machine printing by usb cable not including
network board this option &customer needed to play color scan ,i told him we are requset this board but im not sure colour network scan suported with this machine or not & our sals man is off &buu??can any body have ideas about this machine &thanks for all tec.

hi........yes it has but optional..as they said in spec sheet
the new IR2318 supports up to A3 optional color network scanning to provide more accurate & electronic document distribution)the scanner function working only when the machine connected to a network.

Correct, Canon iR2318L Scanner is working with network connectivity. Install the equipment in the network or connect directly from single PC through network cross cable. Your problem will be solved. But remember, the optional network board you have to purchase seperately.
