Ir 3300 Mailbox problem

Hai friend,

One of my 3300's mailbox data loss at the time of main power OFF. It happens after another HDD checked on the same machine. Already I changed and checked varies auto erase time, but again OFF and ON the machine ,mail box remaining empty . I have no idea please suggest me....................Please.......

Maybe maincontroller

One chance is the maincontroller.
Have you made an hdd format and installd the whole system again?
If the boot sector with the "fat" tabel is ok.
Try to change the disk again otherwise its the maincont.
