    dear all i face problem in iRc2880i canon :-
    when i using LDAB to searching for email it given me 200 address book only and the customer server contain more than 1000 address and the max address of LDAB for this machine should be 2000 address ,also i making searching by all .otherwise we need now make import the address book by any method to this machine,can any body help me

    Launch the RUI and you can import and export there in additional functions.

      You mean LDAP not LDAB.
      I just have to correct that with all due respect.
      I wouldn't want to think that thats the correct term.
      That's why i have to correct it.

          Are you definately looking up the correct OU on the LDAP server.

          If you look at specific OU's and not the whole tree, then that could be the cause of your problem.
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

            Reason why I didn't answer is because Canuck pointed you in the right direction.
            You can export the settings then import, that's one option. You also got some direction from The Owl.
            We all make mistakes. I hope you didn't take it the wrong way.
