iR5570 finisher problem

Dear all i faced a problem in iR5570 the first and 2nd tray of finisher with both down and that is no error appear on display ,can any body help me

Does the display say limited functions? If so, you need to turn in off in additional functions. Check error history for finisher error codes

Also check the two black sensor actuators on the side where the trays are mounted. They break all the time.

IF it is not in limited functions mode, first thing I would do is make sure the finisher cable is connected. When you first power on the unit, the trays should move UNLESS it is in limited functions mode OR finisher not communicating with the main unit.
