OK found IT, C1 Dev unit AGAIN !

What would make a C1 Magenta DEV unit use all the DEV powder/Restart powder (dispersant)
    to almost empty?

It did not print all RED or Yellow !

All the color dev units and the B&W were cleaned and "refreshed" all at the same time
6K copies on the units now

    The Cyan is almost full
    the K is almost full
    The Y is 1/4 full
and the M is almost empty

None of these are leaking inside!

Last thing I would even think of just after a total refresh!!!!!

I did do a supply and stir for all 4
    then the M.
All the toner carts were also new!!

So 6K and problems again with the DEV units
Is there a setting that I missed on the REFRESH ?

the Magenta was almost empty but not leaking.

    GOOD GRIEF

you may have a defective dev unit from 2008 Canon recall /for spillage issues on Dev units
    C1 model # run from CUF00162 to> CUF00274
Bad -MAGENTA UNIT LOT # IS M000013177>M000013790 check on top of unit
the other units from then are also effected / i have the other color lot numbers if u need

These units are not the defective ones and no spillage just excessive Dispersant Powder use.
So its not the stirring or supply in service mode Function/install/ just a lot of waste from that Dev unit
and the Y is almost as bad.

I could see it if it printed 30K solid magenta or yellow but not even 6K and the DEV unit needs to be refreshed again
