0205 IR9070 Vertical jams tray 3 + 4

0205 (delay to vertical #1 sensor) on ir9070
I am having trouble when feeding from trays 3&4 Trays 1&2 work fine, tires, sensors PS5 & PS47, Reg clutch & reg brake clutch have been replaced as well as CL9 and 4 clutch pack and the solid shaft foam roller and bearings. It will print 1 copy ,2 copies, all day but 3 or more selected it jams with 0205 3rd sheet half under foam roll and first sheet just about to enter fuser rolls code 0205 only
an earlier post mention 07/09 9070 may have separate motor for 3/4 is this true??

I have seen CL5 cause this jam code
Also make sure the plastic screws aren't broke off on your right door. I would think this is the case by what you are describing.

hi,if you look at the long sponge roller can you see a flat spot-they do suffer from this prob and it will make it jam.

Problem solved it was the Tray 1 Pick up assy. I think it was binding somewhere internally and the rubber drive roller wasn't too healthy either
