dear all
the drum life for iR2020,16,30,>>>> should be 55,000 copy,i install a new one but after 20,000 copy line come in o/p,i opened it and that is in the charge roller i clean it but the problem return after 500 copy
any method i can solving this problem-change charge roller(may be not available) or drum cartridge(fuck customer)
plz urgent all my friends

is it a black line or a void line/ paper feed or cross feed ??

It is usually caused by a nick in the drum clean blade, causing waste toner to deposit on the charge roller..
We do not rebuild cartridges, or use rebuilt ones. New drum time my friend. Ya' win some,, ya' lose some.
