Canon IR5000 - multiple error codes

Have a Canon IR5000 that is giving off codes E001 and E003. I've recently replaced the thermistors and thermofuser and the machine was working fine but it now has the message 'waiting to print'. Any suggestions on what to do next?

    Thanks!!

If your familiar with the terminology, check the fuser connector and the one at the inside rear. They should make proper contact when the fixing feeder assy is push back in. You can get E003,E004 and E001 if there is any fault in this area. Also sometimes pieces of paper gets jammed and compacted inside of those connectors causing werid issue with the fixing assy.
Check your fuser assy and make sure its hot. It should be hot. If not check those connectors.

Cut wire ties to the relay board under the fixing roller
Check to make sure that the fixing connector is not cracked or damaged

      Check that thermistor position again
Check fuser wire harness for pinch or damages
A piece of paper from a jammed copy can become lodged in the back of the fixing/feeder assembly and block the engagement of the connector into the rear frame connector.

If you were in the working on the fuser and now you have fuser error codes I would double check my work. If you have a waiting to print message it sounds like your machine is having a tough keeping the temperature where it needs it.
