I think this has to do with the fans located on the door to the fuser. Open the left door and check the 2 fans near the handle to see if they can move freely. It's common for the plastic mesh holding the fans to break. Also, check the long cylinder shaped fan below the exit rollers. It is on the part that flips out to remove duplex jams. I've not had any problems with that one but I suppose it's possible for something to get in there since it doesn't have much protection.

For E803 is something to do with the composite power supply (HVT) or the scanning lamp. Check the 2 ends of the lamp is it blacken? For E805 normally it will follow by a few number behind the code that represent the fan that is not working.

e 803 = is a Scan Lamp problem on this model
check scan lamp for black ends !!!!! replace if so , model has plenty of scan lamp power issues !!!

e 805= is a Fan issue -what is sub code ????? check fuse FU201 on DC PCB.

Had this happen 2 weeks ago,, I repaired mine by small plastic wiretieing the fans to the door grillwork.

That is correct teckcat,, but if you read the original post, he listed E803 & E805.

E805 is indeed a fan issue!!!!!!!!!!!! As you pointed out above, we could narrow down his problem if he would provide us with the sub code. You had already pointed out for him the E803 cause, so I did not elaborate on that one. E805, that is what I was writing about, as it is a known issue with the brittle exit door from old age and heat.

Have you checked the scan lamp as teckat directed you? You also have not provided us with the full e805 code information, as in the subcode for the error E805-xxxx, which will point out which fan is causing the problem. You need to do more for us before we will be able to help you...
