    Problem with drive colorass

    Hello friends I need to put a ColorPASS 5000 Networking in Windows 7
    for xp I use the Adobe PostScript Driver most not find this version for vista or windows 7
    someone has a solution

      Hi,

      the driver's for Windows 7 are on the Windows Vista DVD OEM drivers. Both 32Bit and 64Bit can used.

      You must extract it from a Windows Vista DVD 32Bit or 64Bit.

      Download 7Zip

      Mount your Vista DVD Image or DVD
      Go to DVD\sources\install.wim (a 2.5GB file)
      right click --> open with 7Zip
      go to \1\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\
      search for a folder with following name: prnca001.inf_c505b61f for 64Bit and prnca001.inf_92fbd03f for the 32Bit DVD
      extract the hole Folder on your disk
      then you can use the driver in Windows 7

      ColorPASS-Z40
      ColorPASS-Z40e
      ColorPASS-Z5000
      ColorPASS-Z60
      ColorPASS-Z60 V2.0
      ColorPASS-Z90
      Canon PS-NX20W

      Canon PS-NX40W
      Canon PS-NX5000
      Canon PS-NX60
      Canon PS-NX60 V2.0
      Canon PS-NX90

              Yes that could be. I have MS TechNet versions used for extraction.
              Did you use a OEM version? These version did not have the full file repository (depends on manufacturer).

                  Hello I have the same problem. my DVD - win vista dont have the 64 bit file.
                  Anyone have the driver for colorpass z5000 for win7 - 64 bits
