                        Display Shows " Download Mode" or "Download Standby."

                        flashing the machine to the latest system software ver.65.02 should resolved that unusual message.


                        or if it goes right to DOWNLOAD mode when u turn on/ re-flash the BOOT ROM to ver.60.02

                        did u just put in a Printer Kit-J1 ???????

                                    don't have manual, if u never learned the SST u need a tech to help on customer site

                                                            hi there, i was wondering if someone could help me locate sst for windows vista or 7 and ir3320i firmware, im new at this and if someone could give me a hint i will be forever grateful, btw if any need servce manuals etc ask and let me see if i can help, thank you
