Canon ir2200 when id copy (text + photo) rest of paper comes gray instead of white!
Need help asap!!! What needs to adjusted or what part needs to be replaced please let me know>

Make sure that when you make copies the doc-feeder or platen cover is all the way down. You can also have dirty optics.
