dear all

well i am getting a problem when i make a print from computer it coming in junk format. well i am window server 2003 installed , i have driverpcl 5 & 6 and my version is 2. someone told me to ger version 1 . please guide me.

All we know is you are having print problems,, we have no clue what copier you are referring to, or any accessories you may have on that copier like an Imagepass or colorpass. Give us better info if you want some assistance.
