Canon IR C-3220 with C2 controller

HI. I have an imagepass that I need to replace the hard drive in. I am looking for system software for a Canon imagepass "C2" controller for a Canon Imagerunner C-3220. Also, the appropriate PDL downloader for the C2 system software. And I am looking for the lastest system software for the IR C-3220 w/ a SST compatible with Windows Vista. Any help would be appreciated.

what about your networking people ???? why can't your company give you the SST & irc3220 firmware ????

Canon Techs have to work hard and bust their a** for a long time to obtain this info. nothing comes easy in this field !!!!!!!!!!

I bought the machine outright. I used to be a tech at a Canon dealer and I never obtained a "C2" software CD. I have plenty of software for other machines. Finally, I didn't know if the SST I have will work on Vista without causing some sort of issue. At a minimum I need a "C2" software CD and PDL downloader. Does anyone have? I have plenty of info and support for a huge amount of other equipment, but this is the one I have the NEED for. Can someone help?
