IR3170i E4-1 errors after cyan toner repl. Will not recover toner install

Anyone got any ideas on this one? Cyan is properly installed. Tried devl cln and tran cln and tran inside. no help

my dear if you mean canon IR3170 ...Error code E004-001 i think this error is related to the fixing unit malfunction

Error of the protection circuit in the fixing unit
0001 The hardware detects triac short
abnormality (1 sec or more) for
400msec continuously while the heater
is OFF.
Turn OFF and back ON the main power, Check on
connection of the thermo switch, Replace the main

power supply PCB, Replace the DC controller PCB
