Hi I have an imagepass M3 connected to a 9070 Custopmer sends a file and tries to cancel it locks up the comand work station software the M3 and the copier all parts have to be rebooted before it will reset
anyone seen this before copier is at version 17 , M3 is at 1.0.1 same thing on 1.1, comand work station is 5.0

Does this only happen with that file or does it happen with every file?

Any file will cause the problem

Did this just happen out of the blue?
Was it working fine before?

it was doing it when we installed the unit but the IR9070 and the M3 were used when installed

Gut instinct is go back to basics,,, re flash the copier and the M3, to latest levels of course.

we have reflashed both unites with the lasted verson of software going to try and swaped the simms chip in the am is there any guide lines I need to follow like do I need to match the size I'm installing

Just for laughs...Did you try an MMI Clear on the copier?

I had a similar issue a number of years ago with an iR7200 and an imagePASS M1. The MMI Clear did the trick.
