    canon Imageclass MF8180

    What is a error #014 on this model? Thanks and much appreciated for any help!
    You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.... and
    if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!

    Not aware of this machine, but other Canons refer to a fuser drive motor current issue for E014,, check for something binding in fuser???

      thanks for the info...the customer was saying that the mfc was really groaning last week when trying to do print outs...in this case the mtr problem makes sense..if they go with the repair I'll let you know what happens.....

        E014 is for Fixing drive gear or fixing drive motor or any associated part for fixing drive like shaft /pulley/belt/ball bearing in all canon copiers.
        in some copier manuals it is not mentioned
