Have a church that is trying to print bulloentins with a iR3220 using MS Publisher 2007. Everything prints fine out of work, excel, PDF, web pages, etc. When they try and print their bullentin it prints black and yellow strips. They are hooked up wireless to the printer/copier. Do not know if that is the problem or not. The file is kind of big and the print about 500 of them. I am going to thke a cable and run it across the floor to the wireless box on the copier and see if that helps. Any oneevery had thatproblem. Have tried different print drives, morememory on ciopier, no help.

Does the 3220 have a fiery or multi pdl printer kit. -

I think its MS Publisher. If every other file type prints fine, I dont know??
You can try printing this file on someone else's machine.
Have you tried a PCL driver?

Yea, they said they tried that and can print OK but the print quality sucks (their words).Comment
