ir 2270 jam at fusing unit

hi guys my costumer is using 1st class quality paper book paper 70 gsm. when i copy one side no jam. but when i copy 2 sided copy at letter size.it jams at the fusing when it going to print the back side.but when i set the paper to ltrr there is no jam at the 2sided. please help me guys.

hi guys writen on a service bulliten that i have to upgrade my dc con to version 18.1. but i only have 15.11 and 16.01. any body can share me this please. and i want a to know what does it mean of r in ltrr and a4r. my trainor in canon forgot to teach me.and it doesnt writen in a manual.

A4r is short edge feed and requires different cassette settings to A4r, because of the extra length.
