Hi i am getting this error in IRC2570i,i have changed ITB Assy,DC Controller,ITB MOTOR

Checked grounding in Regist roller & ITB earthing
but still intermittent error code(sometimes runs 1000 prints fine)

sounds like a static build up problem on ITB belt

check belt sensor/ is there a Varistor near that ITB unit ????

Hi

Had the same problem. Lubricate the white bushings at the 2nd transfer roller side(on the itb unit). Due to high friction it causes the itb belt to slip That should sort out your problem
