Have you checked or changed all the rollers, especially if its multi feeding?

Jam code would help. However, if all trays are feeding multiple pages then that will have an effect on timing of the paper as it passes each sensor flag likely resulting in a delay jam. Replace/clean the pickup/seperation rollers in each feed assembly.
No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

          easy> double feed> replace p/u tires & sep. rollers
