I need to access the mirrors of this machine's Scanner. I know that Canon likes to build their cabinets like a Chinese Puzzle Box. Where and/or what is the key?

this machine depending on the CCD (charge coupled device)
also this machine as the same washing machine bad product from canon..

There are light streaks in the direction of paper travel on scanned items. Internal prints look good. I replaced the BK toner cartridge-no change. So I figure the mirrors need cleaning. This machine is located @ a Gravel company where there is a lot of dust.
