That is for DC and IP circuilt board. Printer firmware have a file name H1K1, PSH1.

Hello,
I have given a print from computer, but on machine green light blinks, system shows busy but no print. The authorize canon service dealer tells me that the system operating software of the printer has failed but they say that this software is not available anymore for this printer. Someone told that I have to change the whole motherboard, is this true? or reinstalling the system software is enough? in this case could you please help me to get the system software and how can I install it.
I will really appreciate your help.

i really think everybody experiences some kinda problem for the first time ....at one stage of one's life

do correct me .... if am wrong ( meant to hurt or debate no one )
