Ok my next question is......do I need to do anything else. Let me explain, I just bought a package of 9 of these same machines, so I'm trying to get as many up and going as possible. I took a yellow unit out of one that is working and put in this one and cleared error in service mode, but still same code is coming back. Am I missing something?

You don't have to clear a E20, Just replace the drum. There a possibillity that the other drum is no good as well. Did the sub code change. You can also get E20 from the ITB

No, there isn't anything else you have to do when replacing a drum. That is a very common code. I've seen it dozens of times and every time its been the drum. Look at copier/display/misc to check drum life. it's a percent counter 100 meaning 100% used. They often go well beyond 100. If its 200 or more the drum is suspect.

Thanks guys, it was the yellow drum unit. I just had 2 bad ones, like you suggested.
