Imagepress C1 - Can't get printer to use Bypass tray

    Imagepress C1 - Can't get printer to use Bypass tray

    I cannot get our Canon ImagePress C1 to print anything to our bypass tray. I'm trying to print from Adobe Illustrator and I select "Stack Bypass" as my Paper Feed option but it always prints from the first paper drawer. Does the Bypass tray have to be configured or enabled?

      Which driver are you using?

          I'm using Mac OS X. It says "Canon iPR C1".

              Additional Fuctions>Common Settings>Draw Eligibility For APS/ADS>Other choose Bypass to enable for printing.

                  I'll check that out when I return to the office in the morning. Hopefully that solves my problems!

                      The MAC drivers have problems, we have had the same thing happen.
                      Just one question?
                      have you even used a PC on this C1?

                      Canon works very well with A PC
                      Thats just to show you theres a big Difference even in the color.

                      Not kidding , this was a nightmare with canon and Mac drivers.
