iPRC1 Replace Toner no sign ON

Dear all, anyone have ideas on this issue? Recently i'm encountered few cases on it. When customers claimed the toner cartridge empty and machine still not show "Replace Toner Cartridege" but direct show error code E025-0x00. Then they will know need replace toner.
I had checked on system setting > "Toner Error Remaining" = ON. Is any setting on service mode can be set or other issue on it? pls advise............

E025> has nothing to do with toner cartridge-
    E025=Error in Motor of supplying system xx=01:Y, xx=02:M, xx=03: C, xx=04:K, (imagePRESS xx=05: L _C1+ only)
    xx01 Error in Cartridge Motor xx=01:Y, xx=02:M, xx=03: C, xx=04:K
After shaking the corresponding toner retainer well, attach to the host machine.

    xx02 Error in timeout of Supplying Motor xx=01:Y, xx=02:M, xx=03: C, xx=04:K
Replace Supplying Screw. Check the connection of Cartridge Motor.

    xx03 Error in detecting connection xx=01:Y, xx=02:M, xx=03: C, xx=04:K
Replace Supplying Screw. Check the connection of Cartridge Motor.

E025-0004 Error in hopper shutter /The Shutter Sensor is off at supplying.
Check the connection of the Shutter Sensor. Replace the shutter sensor.

It can say remaining toner is low/ not replace cartridge.
You can set the machine to display a message indicating that the remaining toner is low. This message is useful because it gives a user plenty of time to check their toner stock, and ensure the availability of replacement toner.

    1) Press [Additional Functions].

    2) Press [System Settings].

    3) Press [Display Remaining Toner Error Message].

    4) Select [On] or [Off].

    5) Press [OK].

++++Press Additional Functions > Common Settings > Audible Tones.

    2. Select [ON] or [Off] for each of the tone options.

    3. Press OK.

Restock Supplies Tone: When the toner cartridge needs to be replaced. set to ON

U can also monitor in_ RUI
