    send option problem iR2030i

    Dear all
    can anybody tell me if the Gmail supported with canon machine or not becouse i install one machine iR2030i & all settings is ok smtp,pop,proxy,password,.......but not working properly ,We have taken all of the settings and put them in the Xerox machine and it works well,assistance please

      There should be a send e-code #xxxx. Why are you setting up <POP> That's to receive email.

              As I said, there should be a Send error code. That will help to identify your issue.

                  i connect the machine to the exchange server and working fine without any problem
                  also LDAP not supports with this machine
                  also the max send color resolution 300*300 but working with 100*100 color only, B/W ok with any ratio
                  that is all untill now ,if anybody detect any new tell us ...
