    Irc 3380/2880 e003-002

    Having trouble code E003-002 after replacing the fixing unit.

    Checked cables and connectors, cant see any trouble.

    Ideas?
    Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

      Have you cleared in service mode after replacing the fixing unit?

              There's a case with the shutter at the bottom of a drum unit coming off. Check all drum units.
              Other things to check. The cover switch, the main power supply, or DC.

                  Problem solved, was the "activator" switch in the right door.
