              Gotta love people these days...

              Here's the deal...contacted Canon, they told me only way to get it was to have a tech trained on the new version, since my tech is trained on the old, so I asked when is the new version training. Currently they have none scheduled for this year. So in other words, they won't sell it to me as a dealer. So I am looking for anyone that has the appropriate training that can get it for me. I have a customer that already has it installed and just need the license now. Stupid on Canon's part, but what can we do...let me know, thanks!

                  Reason for that is the support issue with them. are u in LA,CA ?

                      When ever a new product comes out, Canon emphasizes highly about taking e-learning courses and onsite training. It wouldn't make sense if a new product is out and there is no course or training for it, Canon won't make any money off of that product. ???

                      I'm sure there are ways of getting what you need.
