IRC3220N Yellow & Margenta not printed

As doing test print PG10.. theres only cyan & black does printed on paper,
i taken out the yellow & margenta drum to have a clear look on it... & found that the drum surface are out... have replace it once, but few weeks later the same problem occur again...

Any Idea ??

the causes of this problem ITB,
check for it,may be will solved

Also, HVT, DC controller, ETC. There's more reasons why this can happen.

try to swap the itb assymbly to the working one. next is the hvt. and try to remove the ufr board and try to test pg 10.if magenta and yellow appear replace the ufr board.

Thanks Guys.... Will feedback once i solved it. Hav to wait for HVT and DC cont for testing as well.

swap HVT connectors first to check> swapcyan connector with magenta connector they are next to each together on lower unit

check the developer bias or the primary transfer roller for each color missing
